Last week ACC Media Day took place in Charlotte, to kick off what figures to be another fun and exciting of basketball in arguably's college hoops toughest conference. Shortly after the media availability ended, pre-season awards, and all conference teams were announced. Junior big man Garrison Brooks was a recipient of one of the All-ACC teams, being selected to the 2nd team. The Alabama native is the only returning starter from last year's team, which won a school record 16 conference games. Brooks has played out of position his first two seasons, and this year he'll slide back to his natural power forward slot. He averaged 7.9 points and 5.6 rebounds last season, expect those numbers to rise significantly this season. (Photo Courtesy of The Wilson Times)
