Heel Tough Blog: Heels Offer Highly Touted 2022 Combo Guard

According to Stockrisers.com, Skyy Clark has earned a scholarship offer from Coach Roy Williams and the University of North Carolina.

Clark is a 6-foot-2,197 pound combo-guard. 247Sports has Clark listed as a five star and the 18th overall prospect for the class of 2022. Clark played his freshman and sophomore seasons at Heritage Christian in southern California, and is on the move to Nashville, Tennessee, where he will attend Brentwood Academy.

According to scorebooklive.com, Clark averaged 25.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 4.2 assists, as a sophomore.

Clark has been referred to by some as one of the most talented sophomore guards you will ever see. Clark is an elite shooter, shooting 39% from three, making 81 of 207 attempts. Not just a

shooter, Clark handles the ball very well, thrives at getting to the paint, and can finish at the rim.

Along with North Carolina, Clark holds many scholarship offers, most notably Kentucky, Kansas, Arizona, UCLA, Texas Tech, Minnesota,  Rutgers, and Wake Forest. It is early in his recruitment, and reclassifying to the 2021 class is an option, but for now, Kentucky is the school to beat. 247Sports’ Jerry Meyer and Chris Fisher have already logged Crystal Ball predictions for the Wildcats.
