The Tar Heels are quickly building their official visit scheduled for the next few months and another prospect has added their name to the list as of Wednesday.

Earlier this afternoon, via social media, 2026 WR Kei’Maurii “KJ” Miles set his official visit to Chapel Hill following his unofficial trip to campus this past weekend. Miles will spend the weekend of May 30th in Chapel Hill as part of his official visit schedule, which currently involves just one other stop, to Memphis, the weekend of June 6th.

Miles, who is currently unranked by 247Sports Composite Player Rankings, hails from Carver High School in Columbus, GA. This past season, as a junior, he caught 17 passes for 452 yards and eight touchdowns while playing in just six games this season due to injury. The year prior, as a sophomore, Miles also caught 17 passes for 244 yards and two touchdowns while playing in ten games for the team.

When it comes to his recruitment, it feels like it circles around whether or not he is a take at Georgia. The Bulldogs offered back in January, but as of right now, he does not have an official visit scheduled there. If he gets one scheduled, it’s hard to see him going anywhere else. If he doesn’t, then the Tar Heels might be the favorite to land him.
