Heel Tough Blog: 2027 Official Visit Schedules- WR

Official visits are set to resume for the 2027 class at the end of month, as the Tar Heels look to convince some important targets that they should be a part of what will be a smaller class this year for the program after the massive class the group brought in last cycle. To get you prepared, we’re taking a look at the prospects that have scheduled official visits with the program by position groups and updating you on where their recruitments stand heading into the month. Today, we’ll look at the two receivers that the team will have on campus this summer for official visits.

White is another player who has a thin official visit schedule at this point, meaning that the Tar Heels have a shot here. It seems like there is an appetite for him to at least go back to the West Coast, which is a reason why California is in the catbird seat heading into the month. The Tar Heels need a strong showing here if they are going to overtake the Golden Bears.

UR WR Anthony Williams- Oceanside Collegiate Academy (North Charleston, SC): June 5th

Williams is a guy the Tar Heels have been pushing for over the past few months, and this visit will be extremely important. Right now, the team is in the midst of what looks like a two-team race with West Virginia and it’s up to the staff to outshine the Mountaineers pitch when he gets to campus. With the limited targets that are set to visit at this position, it feels like this is a crucial one for the staff to nail down.
